We’re excited to invite you to The Ellevate Group's Grow Group, a new space for leaders to come together, reflect, and grow around core leadership success drivers.

To kick of the year, we will focus on Adaptive Problem Solving: flexibly addressing challenges in dynamic environments.

This is a 3-day virtual experience designed for leaders ready to reflect, connect, and grow. In just 30 minutes a day (Tuesday - Thursday), you’ll explore tools for reframing challenges, practice strategies for navigating uncertainty with confidence, and engage in a supportive, growth-centered community.

There are multiple opportunities to participate this year, with Grow Groups running in February and March 2026. Each series offers the same engaging experience, repeated to provide maximum flexibility so you can choose the week that best fits your schedule.
